apparently 'tried to deliver a parcel and i wasnt in' (he says laughing whilst typing) and wants me to click link to 'a parcel help desk' ....... EE localiser said it located the call in Manchester and im in Kent,

Has phoned 3 times each day and i blocked number but it still gets through and when answered a woman asking if retirement or death plans (funeral arrangements)have been made...creeps scam call.
