Not sure what the caller's name was, and I couldn't understand the company name (I suspect that she was being purposefully vague) but they stated that I'd made an 'online enquiry' and started asking for my personal details. I didn't share them, but they kept asking. I suspect spam or phishing.

Called on a bad line by a man without a Scottish accent who said that as I had an account with xxxx would I be interested in a deal on electricity etc. Told that he was in breach of GDPR legislation, and threatened prosecution and he rang off.
Asian man calling himself Alex and offering free roof insulation survey. I knew right away this was a scam so I wound him up with a false address and conflicting postcode which he had to keep on checking and managed to waste 30 minutes of his time. THESE ARE CRIMINALS
