The following number: 0208 759 95 77 keeps phoning and when I pick it up, a machine keeps beeping and I cannot hang up. It is a stupid caller who harrass people and blocks the phone line.

A man called on my mobile and asked to speak to my husband! I told him that my husband has his own mobile phone and wished him Goodbye for ever. I have blocked the number.

Are these people really that stupid to think I will call them back from a mobile or even a landline and pay for the privilege?
