Called me today on my mobile, telling me that they were conducting an investigation into a non fault accident I d apparently had in the last few years (??) where I was uninsured.(I have never been uninsured!) I asked the woman to clarify what company she was calling from and she refused, saying No, no, no. I m calling you about your uninsured accident . . . - hung up, but the number called back 90 secs later. Obviously didn;t take the call, and won t in future

Don't answer as it forces you to say yes and puts you into a binding contract and holds you accountable resulting in fines and action being taken and you won't have any proof unless you record your calls so be aware.
