Last week I bought a BT BT8500 Advanced Call Blocker phone and it works a treat. I am not connected with BT in any way but I can highly recommend this phone. It will keep a log of the calls it blocks and this number called me today but the phone blocked it and it didn t ring. Peace at last!!

Called today 21.07.23, Indian sounding call centre claimed they could save me 30% of my O2 bill, I am not with O2, and when I asked where they found my number they said it was from a generated call list. My phone has the function of bringing up the business name when a call comes through, so when I proceeded to tell the caller that the actual call seemed to be coming from Gibb & Evans, he became a little confused!
