Some company from Rotherham calling itself Energy Observe pestering about company energy contracts

Just used Google enhanced search & it’s from China, telling me that they were my bank and that they’d stopped 2 payments from Amazon & an international company and I was to press my phone to acknowledge it. Obviously I didn’t! Checked directly with bank.
Wanted to get property details refused to say where they were calling from rude and hung up halfway through the call
this number called me wanting personal infomation BLOCKED AGAIN
Missed call - No message left so assume spam or scam....
SCAM the called stated he was from National Debt Solution and gave me their website as www.nationaldebtsolution.co.uk told me the Government had sent him my details for a debt write off program. Then wanted details from me !! Total scam and in breach of the rules set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), including specific guidelines about how they contact you. If you're cold-called by these muppets unsolicited your can and should make a complaint..
Spam they hung up the second I answered the phone.

01514560757 called 23 May 2022 at 14:43 hrs. Left no message AGAIN. ALSO previously called 20 May AND 4 May same result. is this Harassment?

Company calling numbers at random, ignoring ts and of om rules

automated call saying it was from Amazon prime time. Appently a payment would be taken for renewal and if i wished to cancell I should press 1. I hung up. I think it was a scam
