call regarding accident resolved by insurance company. Caller stated that passenger could claim for whiplash even though there were no injuries
Claimed to be an outfit called TFC looking for the homeowner, but hung up rather than explain what they were calling about.
They call me continuously about an accident I had a few months ago. I keep saying I do not want to make a claim and ask them not to call me again but they do not stop! The most recent call was from 'Joshua' who threatened me by telling me that not only would he not remove me from their database but that unless I made a claim he (and others) would continue to call me on a regular basis for the next three years. I asked to speak to his manager to complain but he refused and said that he was too busy.
