Asian lady from the "energy grants department" claimed to be calling from Swansea, English not overly good obviously reading from script and I would bet she wasn't in Swansea as she wouldn't tell me exactly where she's based and was rudely adamant that they had NO duty to check TPS

I use an answerphone to screen calls and they hung up during the message, so no idea what they wanted. If it was important they would have surely left a message, and you d think they d only call someone on TPS if it was important. I am on TPS, and they didn t leave a message, therefore possible scam / company of bad practice.
