Went to answer phone, silence!
This is an insurance sales scam. Phone call starts by saying there has been an accident at your home address. Voice is Asian (of course). Hang up as quick as you can.

Fraud - Claimed to be HMRC and your name is on the fraud list unless you press 1 now. Not sure if this number has been hi-jacked or the scammer is using this number for real. Hung up on it after laughing with stitches.
Lying scammers (attempting insurance fraud). Report to Police on 101, as I have.
Call center. Caller said they were from 3 network, offering me a new phone contract. They finally hung up on me after a few minutes of me pretending not to know things about phones.
