Every time I request a settlement quote, they call me to ask what I am buying next. I always state why I have requested this figure but clearly they don't read that information provided. Why bother asking why I need the settlement quote when you clearly ignore it. I'm not selling my car nor am I buying a new one.

Told me I was with a provider that I had never been with. This suggested to me that it was probably some form of scam. The have called on 5 consecutive days despite being told to removed my number from their database

She just asks "how are you?" like she knows you.. i asked who she was and she just said "Hannah, i understand youve been involved in a car accident .." i kept talking through her to say i dont do sales or cold calls and that she needs to take my number off her system, she then just hung up.
