The same number but different pre-fix called from the USA yesterday. Today it's the Leeds Pre-fix - Reading the comments on here I was able to block both numbers without answering the phone.
The robocall suggested it was from 'Her Majestys Revenue and Customs' and my house was under surveillance. Its not normal for a government body to tell you you're under surveillance so it's easy to spot it's a fake call. Some people will be conned by this
