Rang my private number, I answered but didn't speak, they hung up
Keeps calling my landline during the day when I am out at work. Never leaves message but get recording of background office noise on my answer machine. Previously had recorded message call (which I did answer). Pressed 9 to be taken off call list but think this has lead to them knowing my number is live.
Caller stated from Tesco / Morrisons (?) Claimed my wife (now ex since 7 years ago !!1) had won vouchers. Hung up when I asked who they were really calling from. Scam attempt.
Yet another accident claims company with automated voice calling. AVOID.

SCAM assume it's some sort of a scam as they said this address had come up as someone who had previously had loft insulation in a residential address and qualified for some sort of grant for an upgrade - since this is not a residential address and has not previously had loft insulation it was complete bunkum. Told him the number he called was an emergency line for transport & being blocked by nuisance calls could cost lives, asked for assurance would be removed from list but he hung up.
ThIs number calls fairly often. I always look at the number and if I do not recognise it I never answer the call. I did call the number back and a man answered but never gave the company name, very dodgy!!!

Called on my mobile about a recent minor accident. That's strange, I haven't one and it also illustrates why my mobile number is not normal given to anybody. They will now be blocked on mobile and landline.
