Retarded call system means you wait a while to have the "agent" speak to you. Rude staff, the typical rubbish ambulance chasing type. Report to the ICO, this practice is bad enough without having a two bit con firm deliver these calls at a very low standard even for this industry, should be closed down.

This is UPS, this number will not receive calls but is Customer Services trying to contact you. You have to call the main number to get back to them.
I had three calls from Northern Ireland today - two were silent and one I didn't answer I now know to ignore calls from Northern Ireland having got used to the dealing code.

25/04/2023 Call from this number. Claiming to be Barclays Bank, very poshly spoken female telling me fraudulent activity on my account etc. kept them busy answering my questions, until they put down the phone. Quite sophisticated scam - beware

Text message received 18 Aug purporting to be from HSBC regarding a new payee (Mrs R Rasif) - if the name was unknown to me, I was to visit a website called ‘hsbc-unknown-activity’. HSBC confirmed all was bogus.
Someone called from this number and said there is tax fraud on my name and arrest warrent are issued on my name.

This is a Nigerian scam of a few years ago, that has been "sold" to new owners in Birmingham. Avoid like the plaque. Block.

Fraud . Reported as Fraud by Hiya on Android. This number was auto blocked, so had added it to my blocked numbers list.
