Saying that my computer is running lots of issues when connecting to Internet and can damage my system. The lady with a strong Indian accent called Alice Williams (yes, I asked her name) asked me to log into my PC to solve these. Got the same call like everyone else. As a trained insurance expert with 25 years experience, I asked them for the date of the accident (having not had an accident in the last 10 years) but they didn t know. I asked which company they were calling from and they said they were calling as they were my insurers. I asked them the name of the insurers and they hung up. I am sick and tired of dealing with claims brought by ambulance chasers such as this. Compensation culture at its finest.
