Definitely spam, or just a random automated dialler! Woke me up on Saturday at 3AM, called back thinking it was someone with my number in trouble and got a silent dead line! Not sure if they got a wrong number but very annoying! Got a call fairly shortly after from a mobile with the same scenario..
