This number is a scammer talking from an automate robot saying the persona called is going to be arrested for tax fraud and so on. And so invite you to press 1 (which I highly recommend not to) before they take any actions.
Calling from Carphone allegedly. I don't have an account with them so I hung up.

Just talked to two Indian accent phone operators. They said my National Insurance number was used in drug dealing. Half way, I became suspicious and hang the phone. Please don’t answer.
Absolutely no idea why Vodafone are calling me...I'm with EE....but I had several calls from this number over a few weeks; all were declined as I don't answer unknown numbers. Got my phone bill today and have apparently been charged for sending photo messages to this number, which is absolutely impossible!!! Will be contacting EE tomorrow...
