A female speaking chinese or mandarin, no idea what was being said. May have mentioned UPS which co-incidentally I've been receiving scam emails recently purporting to be from them about an outstanding delivery which I can categorically state I am NOT awaiting. This is likely to be connected. SCAM every day in my opinion.

Lady with strong accent purporting to be from the telephone preference management department. Wanting to clarify name address etc. When asked what company she worked for she repeated telephone preference management department . When asked department of what company she hung up. The phone number is not recognised if you try and ring it back.
SCAM pretends to be Royal Mail and tries to get you to pay to have a parcel redelivered - which Royal Mail wouldn’t do.
