Was called by 01285 311 018 from Cirencester near Preston. I answered and didn't say anything and waited for the caller to speak but they hung up instantly. I think this is a way of discovering which numbers are genuine numbers and then unscrupulous firms sell the info on to further unscrupulous firms! Better not to answer or you will just receive more calls from unwanted numbers. Instantly blocked the number afterwards.

Called me and said washing machine warranty was about to expire. Offered me a new policy. Wouldn"t send any documents. Asked for bank details. Suspicious.
