Well, this seems to be another range of numbers used by the same call centre or company (but it is more usual that call centre has some range of numbers dedicated for them), This one seems to use 02034760xxx range - so far we have collected numbers of +4420347606xx and +4420347603xx and +4420347600xx ranges, can be still the same call centre. All such numbers are mostly reported as some financial services, but as unsolicited calls. The main question is how they got our numbers...
Fraud. Claims to be HSBC reporting a payment from a new device with a link to use if it wasn't me. However, I don't bank with them and the number isn't recognised when searched.
