Thursday 23/8/18. You can be over - paranoid if you re not careful. After reading on here (after a blank answerphone message yesterday) I was ready to be nasty but listened patiently and it really seemed like TalkTalk were looking for problems experienced by inexperienced users. He explained the welcome pack (I recently joined) warned about a customer sevrices call (I don t remember seeing that) and he seemed genuinly concerned in case I was having problems and highlighted my large phone bill this month
Sick & tired of numerous calls from this & similar numbers. Ambulance chasers now blocked along with others.
