Recorded announcement throughout call asking me if I was eligible for a medical alert pendant. Can't be bothered with this kind of call. I don't feel it is genuine but didn't stop to find out.

Fraud, scam - Pretending to be a family member who has damaged their phone.
Received text “Hey, long time no see, what have you been up to?” Likely some sort of scam, replying to them doesn't cost anything, however their way of speaking seems to be non-English native.

NHS - Golden Jubilee Hospital, Clydebank - they are bona fide, phoning to confirm future appointment.

SCAM - say they are O2 and you can get 40% off your bill. They send 2 texts but these are genuinely from O2 and are triggered because they are trying to log into your account online as they speak to you.
Didn't trust them. Called about cryptocurrency and blockchain.
