Number has called my mobile several times in a few days, which would be unusual for spam calls to my phone, tried calling back from mobile & call just fails, tried from land...

If you call this number it cost 5pence per minute. It is a reservation number for booking a free tea for two promotion.I think it s an unfair premium line.
