The guy claimed to be spanish, living in East Ham, talking with low voice, possibly using voice camouflage. Once the person is at the address, this man will tell you to ring the bell, the door would not open, and he will suggest you to push the door harder, making think the real owner living in the property that there is a thief
Call from "mike" (? asian accent) from "Universal Appliances" asking about washing machine brand, broadband provider and computer operating system, thanked me for my time and then ended the call. Probably scam.
