Called asking for circumstances that had changed since I took out life insurance. Said there were ways he could reduce my premiums if I gave him details. Stated he worked for several big name (specified in the call) insurance company. I asked him how I could identify the caller as being genuine; he continued. He was polite but firm. He was seeking personal medical and lifestyle information and I can only assume that he wished to somehow coerce me into buying something or perhaps surrendering the value of th

When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.
