Fraud The usual scam call from 'Microsoft' claiming a problem with my computer and wanting me to do something on it. I'm not that stupid!

phone rings no one there nuisance call
This number keeps ringing me repeatedly at least twice every day for the past few weeks. When my partner answered, the person on the phone tried to get us to switch energy suppliers. Even after saying no, they still continue to ring! Don t know when to give up. Sometimes when you answer they hang up as well, which is strange.
I received a txt msg saying about recruiting for Avon. I haven’t enquired about Avon and don’t wish to do so. Thought I’d check the number , it shows on the map that it comes from Russian Federation Bryansk Region. Also on the txt is says Stop to unsubscribe, I’m going to delete as I haven’t subscribed to anything ,so think this may be a scam, better to be safe .

Fraud Received a text from this number this afternoon saying: From EE: We've been unable to process your monthly bill because of incorrect billing details. Please visit https://myeebilling-issue.com immediately I dont have an EE account!
