This caller hung up as soon as call was answered and it was answered quickly, it was maybe a wrong Number but I am always suspicious of calls that hang up as soon as they are answered, I certainly would not risk calling it back.

People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. The above number sent me an sms that has a suspicious link with the message that my PayPal account has been suspended. In order to resolve the issue they were asking me to log onto my PayPal account through the link. I contacted PayPal they said they didn't send any text message and that my account wasn't suspended. So they are scammers based in Kazhakstan.
