They phoned me a few times but I was put through to an automated Press 1, Press 2 system. I phoned them back and managed to speak to an operator who confirmed that they had a wrong number and said she would remove the number from their database. Seemed quite reasonable to talk to.

Anybody getting calls from this number should report to police and trading standards, but also file a complaint with ICO and TPS, they prey on vulnerable people so if you really need to see someone about face to face I suggest discussing all the details with the citizens advice bureaux. I had a call from this number re. the end of a mobile phone contract. It seemed very dodgy, but I checked with the mobile provider directly, and the people calling from this number are genuine partners. Badly handled in terms of the explanation and also seem to have access to very out of date data. So poor outsourcing exercise at best. Either way - these are genuine people linked to T-Mobile.
