Had a missed call and I called them back (after checking that it was not going to cost me a fortune.) Spoke to Dan who was very polite and after explaining that I wasn t interested, was very understanding, remained polite, wished me a good day and hung up first. Not pushy at all.

Caller assumed I was home owner and continued to talk about loft insulation & Government grant .. I stopped caller and ended call
had this number call me 3 times in one day didnt pick up glad i found this page
The caller said they were calling from BT, knew my name, I am not a BT subscriber, talked about all other servers, Virgin Media, Net Plus etc having to barter with BT for lines, I hung up.
