Fraudsters claiming to be "Rapid Advice Specialists" who had obtained my number from "the Traffic Accident Department" (!) which keeps, so they claimed, a record of all road accidents in the UK (!) First part of the call came from a robotic voice-recording of a woman calling herself "Mollie Nelson of Rapid Advice Specialists". Someone appeared to be listening to call, selecting appropriate recorded responses to play back. Secondly, got transferred to "supervisor" called "Sam". A real person not a voice reco
