SCAM: Recorded message with american accent saying "This call is coming to you from Internal Revenue", clearly a load of B. S., hung up. Tried a call back but "number cannot be connected"

This is a scam. Automatic woman's voice says your Amazon Prime has expired and to rejoin to pay £95.00 She says to press 1 to rejoin, or 2 for customer services. As I do not use Amazon this made me aware it's a scam and terminated the call and dialled 147 to find this Bournemouth number had registered as the caller.
This was a number linked to covid so unsure as to why now that covid is nolonger any threat that they would be trying to ring my mobile I didnt get 2 answer as 1st call i was at a hospital appointment and the 2nd we were rushing out of a very heavy downpour of rain So ive not actuall reason as to why they were trying to ring me
