SCAM - I believe it's a scam and they said it was carphone warehouse but then proceeded to ask me for information about my phone and contract. If I was with carphone warehouse then I'd assume they would know this information before calling me.

Rang me saying I could claim money back from a loan (I have never had a loan) When asked where this information was from, he said the FCA. When I challenged him he hung up!!!
