SCAM : Loft insulation : If you can get to the call before they hang up? (as it normally only rings 3 or 4 times) presumably in the hope you'll call them back? Sometimes the call is silent.......However, when there is an actual person on the other end they will endeavour to get/pressure you to agree to a free visit from a so called loft insulation expert to tell you how good or bad your insulation currently is or is not. Most respectable loft insulation companies will offer a free inspection, so if you feel
