Cold call received 2.4.13 at 2.50pm. Caller claimed - untruthfully I have no doubt - that they worked "in conjunction with the office of fair trading" - to secure the best deal for me in paying off my debts. When I described the call as a "gross impertinence" and that I had no debt to pay off, the caller rudely rang off immediately.
He rang and invited me to attend a meeting to discuss how best the councils and housing associations are doing their jobs. Told me I would get 25 pound lol. There is nothing on the council or HA websites. Beware. If you agree to attend the caller will then know when the house is empty...hmmmmm strange.

They ask for the person responsible for your Electricity and the government guidelines that come into place, I explained the person does not wish to speak to you. The lady got very abrupt saying "the person doesn t want to speak to me, that s alright, I shall contact your provider that you are not interested" I basically put the phone down.

SCAM / SPAM claims to be from my internet provider. Said i would be disconnected. Press"1" etc. Obvious Scam. We also has strange call from India 2 hours ago.
