Strange one this. I missed the call, so called back and after being in a queue, I think the recorded message said something about a fault I had reported on my property? Couldn t go any further as extension 2000 wasn t available. Not had one like this before.

Caller was a IVR mentioning national investigating agency
called me claiming to be virgin media, saying someone hacked my router and is uploading to my system and that they will send a new router and require access to my devices, nice try idiots that was by far the worst and non convincing call I have had so far lol
