Tried to call back - "the number you are calling has not been recognised" - usually indicative of scammers. Block it
When I rang back an answer phone came on so I put my phone down in case it was a scam to over charge me.

Has phoned 4 days in a row! Never anyone there! Have 2 other numbers from same callcentre!
I get a few calls each day at around noon in the UK. When I answer there is no-one there.
