Scam call with a computer genearted voice threatening to cut off my internet because of illegal activities detected. Asks to press 1 to sp
An automated message comes up saying the call is from HM Revenue & Customs, gives you a case file number, and says if you ignore the call, you will face legal applications. Then asks you to press 1 to speak to an adviser. The advisor distantly says she is calling from the HMRC and asks for your name. When I asked her where are you calling from again, she hung up.
Tried to scam me out of ??? as said she was stranded in Spain! Beware!
