This number is Dining And Leisure Club under one of thier many numbers. They will say you have completed a survey and if you join you wil get discounts on restaurants. I had done a survey so I foolishly gave my card details. I did receive a letter and card, but the bit I wanted, the fee petrol voucher was missing despite the envelope being undamaged. These people called me today and told me I had taken out a loan for £5,000 in 2002 which they say I had paid off in 2007. I didn t have a loan so I decided to have a bit of fun with them. They started off by saying they had a letter from my bank stating that I was entitled to a refund of £2,000 (this went up later in the conversation to £3,000).
