Today had a call from a Matthew, Ramcon. Saying that BT were changing lines in area and alarm wouldn t work so would need updated alarm. Alarm doesn t operate of phone line. AVOID

They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. Here they did gain access and I sat back to watch the mouse pointer open and close multiple files etc. Much file info was Transfered and after sometime they phoned again to ask if the PC now worked faster,,,,Answer was, "NO". It was then gave me their requested phone number and in turn asked fo
