Scam HMRC call.
Said I was being chased down for tax evasion and to press 1 for more information. Obvious phishing call.
Fraud claiming to BT Openreach and that our security has been breached. pmsl yeah ok.
SPAM - Some vague woman wittering on about being "one of the energy advisers for the area" who had no desire to let me speak. Asking her "Which area is that?" caused her to hang up. Trying to call her back resulted in a voice saying "Goodbye" on 4 occasions. could week be a SCAN sales call to elicit information or promote a phony product. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Phone call from a busy call centre regarding life insurance, but when I explained the number they called was a business number (they did know my name) they apologised and politely said they would remove the number from their database.

Fraud My wife was rang on her mobile by the above number. When she answered an automated voice said `"you have been charged £ 79.99 for Amazon Prime", She then hung up.
Survey Yet another call purporting to be a survey. Not wanted. The caller never identified where he was speaking from or on behalf of which firm or what he was trying to sell.

They say they are from the Government HMRC but doesnt sound legitimate I reckon ill contact HMRC directly to find out
