Caller tried to tell us we had a fault with the internet connection and asked us to press Ctrl + Windows button and 'R' all at the same time. We did not follow out the requests being wise to these things. We are a company and get many calls like this. They said they were from Talk Talk and when questioned they hung up. Rung alarm bells from the beginning.
