This is an AI robocaller, that is configured to answer questions as if it was human. 2) It asks you to confirm you were in an accident, and if you say "Yes", it forwards you to an actual human (in India). 3) There is no "Sigma Advice Company", or any variant, registered in UK. 4) I actually talked to the human in an effort to bait him into sending me hard documentation, so that I could nail them, but the call was interrupted by a technical glitch half
