SCAM First I received a silent call from 028 8505 1239 (to verify a working number?) Then within 5 minutes, I started getting whatsapp messages from a very attractive female profile asking when I was going to visit her using the number 07727214429. Looks like a scam to me.
Claiming to be Hammersmith police station over bank card fraud, check lots of bank acc details, then say when the call is finished a dialling tone sounds and to dial one's bank customer advice. This takes you through to another fraudster claiming to be your bank who takes more details then says they are transferring you to the serious fraud office. This number is used by a scammer. DO NOT REPLY OR CONTACT THIS NUMBER. Calls allegedly about payments to Amazon and overseas transaction payment. 'As you haven't used these services before' etc etc. DO NOT PRESS 1. JUST PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN. Second time in a week I've had a call from this number.
SPAM / SCAM / ANNOYING - where did they get out telephone number from? The call was supposedly about old windows and doors scrappage scheme - to see if we were eligible. It seemed that the caller at the other end of the telephone may have been AI rather than an actual person as 'he' didn't actually comment on what I had answered but just went onto the next question. I therefore asked if it was a real person or AI and if it was AI, then I wasn't interested, and hung up.

This number called telling me fraudulent activity had happened on my official ID card, which I do not have. I was asked to push one for urgent connection with their agent. I did nothing assuming it was a scam, or spam.

Had a call from 01535272203 today and it was a standard scam about Amazon Prime thanking me for renewing (I don't have Prime). Looked up the number and it seems to be The George in Bradford's telephone number. I rang hiding my number and no reply. I have blocked it
