SCAM using 0203 867 2461 Money supposedly taken from my account on a credit card. "Supply your account number and 'our fraud department' can pay it back in for you." No bank name quoted. No card name quoted. SCAM

Called this afternoon, when I answered it was quiet for a few moments and just as I was about to put the phone down they suddenly said have you had an accident? - I replied yes and that I needed to go and change my pants & then hung up. Have blocked the number.

Had a call from this number early this morning. A foreign accent guy named Alex. Said he was from BT and it was about my internet connection. I told him that I thought he was a scam and goodbye I will contact BT. I have been getting quite a few recorded messages supposedly from BT re problem with my internet and I never have had a problem with my internet. I rang 1471 and the number was on there. I’ve talked to BT and they confirmed that it was NOT them. They have now blocked the number from calling me on t
