keeps calling; i do not pick up - my phone goes on record after 2 rings; but then calls back with just 1 or 2 digit difference - but bet it is same person/organisation; when I dial number it tells me to call an 0118 number, or number unknown or get a flat tone - see also above; I am on tps! still get these numbers

Just received call from this company on my mobile. as soon as I answered they hung up
Just took a call, no-one spoke but sounded to be an open line and so I guess it's another pain in the a**e caller.....
It was a "missed" call

When I picked up this number, I was informed that they were calling me about my insurance number and that a very serious crime had been committed with it. They asked for my name and date of birth and my NIN.When I said I was busy and couldn't talk to the man on the other end of the line, he got angry and started convincing me that I had to hear the charges in my case, which were 45 minutes long and that the crime was serious and I shouldn't waste another minute because serious problems will follow for me .
