This is the fourth time they called today (4.30pm) after my comment on here earlier this morning and this time they answered the phone when I picked up and it was a Paki/Indian voice wanting to know what make of washing machine I had. Told him I didnt have one and he rang off.

I paid this company a one off payment of £198.99. They kept harassing me. I have just noticed they have taken another £149.99 out of my account without my authorisation.
