Pretended to be gutter cleaning company. Phoned confirmng apointment, but never turned up. Automated message gave contact website, but spoken too fast to take down. DO NOT RESPOND.

This call came from Kirby (they identified themselves at the start), and last I knew they were not allowed to trade as Kirby, so I marked it as a scam because of my history with them, this is over a number of years, at the start they were great, but this did not last, we started getting calls from other 'Kirby' places, and every single call claimed they were from head office (and still happens), but when I asked where they were from, and most said they were from Bristol, over 100 miles away from me, compare

Indian sounding woman called Martina Holmes claiming to be BT Openreach. said somebody in Brazil had tried to hack into my internet connection between 2-00to 3-00am was I aware. As a result for security purposes my internet connection would be switched off for the next 7 she asked me what devices I had connected to the internet when I told her just a tablet and smartphone she asked me if I had a computer or laptop when I said no just the tablet and smartphone she hung up.
