Second silent call from this number within the last 2 hours. They obviously wait for for you to say something or they just hang up
Male aged between 16-35 says "hellowww" in creepy English accent then hangs up and turns their mobile phone off or makes the number incapable of being reverse called.

Left a garbled recorded message about a new router, and to press 1to be put through to the technical department of "My internet service provider." No name of company. Obvious scam.
