07-397-694-853 17/06/21 I have just received a phone call from this mobile no. & I did not answer the call. They did not leave a voicemail, nor have they sent a text msg. I tried calling the no. adding 141 as a prefix, but the phone msg said they were unavailable. I have no clue who this is!

Called me a few minutes ago today to offer me a deal regarding my debt management plan. I told them (truthfully) that I am ill and asked them to call back another time (which was generous as my debt management plan is working very well, and I didn t need to talk to them at all). They argued that didn t matter because blah blah and were very rude, talking over me. I regained control and repeated that I was unwell. Claims to be HMRC investigating a fraud case. Don t believe it. Utter scam!

01268297675 - when you call this number back it says that their office is closed (at all times during the week!) I have blacklisted the number due to my severe & enduring mental health condition as 5he only reason for doing this so frequently with no callback is to upset people. I am aware that I have incurred arrears but I have time to pay via the dates on my 9nline account. The caller should be prosecuted both civilly & criminally under the Telecommunications Act!
