My landline is registered with TPS. This number has phoned me 7 times in the last 25 hours (3 of them silent). They asked for me by name. Say they are the Telephone Preference Barring Service (a name much like the official free service). Also similar number called me recently - 2080683939 and 02080683969, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active...
