Called asking for my husband, wouldn't say who they were, when I asked for the supervisor I was told to shut the f* up. I hung up, they called back calling me a f* * and saying that they would pay me a visit soon. Reported to Police.

SCAM / SPAM Called Just had a phone call from Someone claiming to be from BT saying they are going to fix my speed issues ( I am having? ) But it was a good slick line to start with from a young lady from India! Who then put me over to a Fully certified BT Engineer/technician? (LIE!) At that point they told me to go to msconfig in run and then state that is why my internet is slow (LIE!) But they can fix it all I need to do is go to ANYDESK.COM (DO NOT DO IT) To connect to the main BT server (LIE!)
